ORDER OF THE DAY:
9.00am – 2.00pm – Please ensure you arrive between these times to be counted for the record*. As you ride into the event, you will be given a numbered sticker
2.30pm – We will announce the count and draw the raffle. Raffle tickets will be available to purchase all day from a number of people who will be identified by their “event helper” t-shirts.
4.00pm – The event will finish.
*Any larger groups (20plus), please PM us as we would like to stagger the arrivals to avoid large queues to get in.
Ladies only to park in the main car park, female pillions are welome but will not be counted as part of the record, there is another car park directy opposite the cafe for cars/men.
There is no charge to attend this event.
We will be fund raising for charity by selling raffle tickets, lanyards and event stickers. If you, or somebody you know can donate any prizes to the raffle, please PM me or Sherrie..
Some people are making a weekend of it by booking local accommodation. There is also an option to camp nearby at the Lower Lacon Caravan Park.
