Engine: Original completely disassembled and overhauled - CNC flushing cylinder head (by MaxMotors)
Frame: Original but with molding finishing, sandblasted and powder primer painting.
Chassis: front fork completely overhauled with setting (-15mm) new mono rear Wilbers 641 dedicated XF 650, with adjustable wheelbase (+0 - 5mm) and nitrogen tank with double adjustment
Wheels: Original pickled, brushed and re-anodized and new radius increased with aluminum nipples
Swingarm: Original pickled, brushed and re-anodized as the wheels
Master cylinder & control levers: made of forged aluminum (by KustomTech)
Disk brake: original completely overhauled - new disk brakes (front / rear) - Brake hoses (front / rear) kit4 Carbotech (by Frentubo)
Transmission: New Chain and Sprocket (original gear ratios)
Control unit: Original + G-Pack Nikko dedicated XF650 plug & play Air Box: Original
Oil cooler: new, made in aluminum with greater exchange section, repositioned vertically with braided hoses (by Fram Corse)
Exhaust system: stainless steel manifold new piece, stainless steel terminal (all approved by Virex ), thermo bandage
Bodie Fairing: fuel tank, side plates, tail, front light cover and guard ignition key cover, all handmade in aluminum (by Metal Bike Garage) - aluminum fenders Aftermarket
Accessories Fairing: fender struts and license plate holder, anti-twist plate, sprocket cover, headlights support, bumpers, special indicators, under tail, battery case and cover lateral-stand made in aluminum and/or stainless steel (handmade by VENCE).
Speedometer: Tiny speedster (by Motogadget).
Handlebar: flat track LSL with handlebar ends Biltwell Kung Fu natural Handlebar controls: Aftermarket made in aluminum CNC from solid. Throttle control: Tomaselli Gold, blasted and re-painted.
Headlight: Beates 5 ¾ brushed and repainted. Footrest: supports and footrests in Ergal by solid (by GiFrap)
Electrical system: original, modified by VENCE. Battery: Okyami Lythium (800g)
Seats: both handmade modified by VENCE and coated (by Conti Tappezzeria)
Bolts: special OEM bolts re-chromed, other bolts replaced by stainless steel AISI 316 brushed (by ProBolt)
Finishing& Painting: sandblasting engine, paint and brushing PNP chassis and all frame by Lorenzo Dossena (Dox Design).
PS: Lady O. has "Double Face". She born in single-seat configuration with tail, and "on the way" she was split into a second more classic/scrambler dress. By removing four screws of the tail, you are able to assemble a second "longer" seat. This is possible thanks to a dedicated plug-in, which is positioned above the license plate light (a mini lighthouse beates wired ad hoc) on the already equipped fender and... in a few minutes Lady O. will became the perfect Scrambler Tailor Made!
