Bikers in suits, on cool bikes, …for no good reason other than it seemed like a good idea at the time.

…This was started by Mark Hawwa and Rex Havoc from the Australian Cafe Racers and Garage Project Motorcycles, and is now a truly global event.

Bikes should be badass, suits should be gentlemanly. Open face lids are a must. Monocles and tasches are an optional extra.

We are planning to meet at the Dirty Burger in Kentish Town. It’s behind Highgate Studios and hard to spot, hidden away under some iron stairs in rusty brown. There’s a carpark round the side so plenty of room, and they have a breakfast menu…

After we’ve gathered for a posh brunch, chat and photos, we’ll leave for a short ride when we’re good’n'ready, and we’ll be finished in time for tea. (probably).

The ride will be through Camden, Soho, Kensington and Chelsea, finishing at The Ship, a riverside pub in Wandsworth beside the Bridge.

It will take 45 mins to an hour – at slow gentlemanly speed, – so we expect to get there by one, and although we officially finish around 3, there’s no reason to leave.
