Honda Rebel 500 - Dream Chaser
By Ross Sharp - 02 Dec 18
Despite it being an inherently ugly motorcycle in stock trim, Honda's Rebel 500 has proved popular. After all, under the skin is an EU4 and A2 licence friendly parallel twin with enough punch to knock the now ubiquitous CX500 into the weeds. We've seen a few custom versions this year but turning the faux cruiser into a café racer will take more than fitting a set of clipons.
This is Ironwood and Timmer Motorcycles' alloy bodied entry to the Honda Benlux and Big Twin Magazine's build-off competition - Dream Chaser. And as you can see they've not held back.
